Clear terms. Shared responsibilities.
Draft business-to-business service terms for agencies using Wortol: subscriptions, responsible AI use, data, and the agreement that governs your workspace.
Not yet approved contractual terms
This draft is a proposed framework, not a statement of terms already agreed with customers. It needs Wortol’s approval and qualified legal review before contractual use. A visit to this website, a demo request or account access does not by itself constitute acceptance of this draft. Your signed agreement governs your subscription.
Section 01
Who these terms are for.
These proposed terms cover Wortol’s recruitment workspace and related services supplied to agencies and other business customers. They are not consumer terms. Wortol is identified on this site as Wortol B.V.; its registered address, company registration details and contracting entity must be verified and included in the final agreement before signature.
Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@wortol.com. General enquiries can be made through our contact page.
Section 02
Your service agreement.
The signed order form should identify the customer, authorised signatory, selected plan, number of users, AI usage allowance, annual platform fee, start date and subscription term. It should also identify any agreed implementation services and applicable supporting documents.
The final contract must specify the order of precedence between the order form, service terms and any negotiated amendments. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs the processing of personal data. Marketing pages and illustrative product screens do not replace the agreed service scope.
Section 03
Subscriptions & charges.
Published plans are Small, for 1–9 users at €99 per user per month, and Mid-size, for 10–49 users at €119 per user per month. Both also require an annual platform fee. Enterprise, for 50 or more users, has a custom per-user price and an annual platform fee.
Small and Mid-size offer Standard AI usage included, Extended AI usage at an additional €39 per user per month, or Maximum AI usage at an additional €59 per user per month. Enterprise AI usage is scoped in the custom quote.
The order form must confirm the platform fee, applicable taxes, invoicing frequency, payment deadline, usage allowances and how user or usage changes are charged. A per-month price does not establish a monthly cancellation right. No unconfirmed billing, renewal, refund or overage policy is implied by this draft.
Section 04
Accounts & access.
The proposed customer responsibility is to designate authorised workspace users, maintain accurate account information and grant access appropriate to each person’s role. Login credentials should not be shared; access should be removed when a user no longer needs it.
Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly. Permissions, onboarding and any connected services should be agreed for your setup, as described on our implementation page.
Section 05
Acceptable use.
The proposed acceptable-use obligations prohibit unlawful processing, discriminatory recruitment practices, unsolicited or unlawful communications, uploading malicious content, circumventing access controls and attempting to access another agency’s records.
Customers should hold the necessary rights and lawful basis for uploaded records and connected data. They should not use the service to misrepresent candidates, infringe third-party rights or evade the workspace’s approval boundaries. Any enforcement procedure, notice and remedy period must be set out in the final contract.
Section 06
AI assistance. Human decisions.
AI-generated content, inferred facts and screening suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Recruiters must review information before relying on it, correct errors and assess whether its use is lawful and appropriate for the recruitment context.
Wortol’s screening does not reject candidates. Rejections, offers, client submissions and invoice sending remain human actions. Level 3 autonomy is an approved, time-limited campaign envelope, not permission to run an entire mission without supervision.
No placement, candidate suitability or business result is guaranteed by this draft. Responsibilities for human oversight, candidate information and regulatory compliance must be documented for the customer’s use. See our EU AI Act readiness programme.
Section 07
Your data & confidentiality.
The proposed framework leaves ownership of customer records with the customer and grants Wortol only the rights needed to provide the agreed service. Each party should protect the other’s confidential information and restrict disclosure to authorised recipients or legally required disclosures.
Your agency is the controller of candidate and client personal data, and Wortol acts as processor on documented instructions. Our privacy notice describes these roles; the DPA must set out binding processing instructions, assistance, sub-processors and transfer safeguards.
Hosting region, retention, deletion, export and processing locations must be confirmed for your setup. Do not assume an unpublished retention period or data-recovery guarantee.
Section 08
Platform & third-party rights.
The proposed service licence allows authorised users to access Wortol for the customer’s internal recruitment operations during the agreed subscription. Wortol retains rights in its software and product materials; the customer retains rights in its own data. Final terms must clarify the permitted use of generated output and applicable third-party rights.
Connected services and model providers can have their own terms and processing conditions. Their availability and compatibility should be confirmed in the agreed scope; a third-party service is not guaranteed merely because it is discussed on this website.
Section 09
Support & availability.
Support channels, operating hours, response commitments, maintenance arrangements and any service-level agreement must be specified in the customer agreement. This draft does not promise uninterrupted service, a particular uptime percentage or a recovery time.
Our Trust center distinguishes current controls from work in progress and documents available on request. ISO/IEC 27001 certification is in progress; EU AI Act readiness is an ongoing programme, not certification.
Section 10
Term, renewal & leaving.
The signed agreement must state the initial term, whether renewal is automatic, any cancellation notice, grounds for suspension or termination, and the handling of unpaid charges. None of those periods or policies has been established by this draft.
Before signing, agree how your agency can export records, the post-termination access period, deletion instructions and any legally required retention. Changes to these terms should follow the notice and acceptance process defined in the final agreement; a website edit alone should not be treated as a contractual amendment.
Section 11
Liability & disputes.
Any warranties, exclusions, liability cap and indemnities require legal review and express agreement. No liability amount or blanket exclusion is proposed here. Final provisions must preserve responsibilities and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Dutch law is the proposed governing law for the final B2B agreement, subject to applicable mandatory law. The competent court or dispute-resolution process must be agreed explicitly; this draft does not name an unconfirmed jurisdiction or waive statutory rights.
Section 12
Before you sign.
Request the final service terms, order form and DPA for review. Confirm the contracting details, full price, subscription and renewal terms, AI allowances, support commitments, processing locations, exit arrangements and liability provisions with Wortol before accepting an agreement.
