Human oversight
Verified briefs, correctable sourced facts and approved outreach scope. Screening never rejects; offers and client submissions remain human decisions.
AI used in recruitment and candidate selection is classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act. This page describes our readiness programme and what it means for your agency.
Status
Wortol runs an active EU AI Act readiness programme. This is an ongoing programme, not a certification — the Act's obligations for high-risk systems phase in over time, and we track them as they land. The programme is owned by Wortol B.V.; questions go to legal@wortol.com.
Programme scope
The programme covers product controls relevant to human oversight, activity records, transparency and risk management. “Readiness programme” is Wortol’s description of ongoing implementation; it is not an external assessment, conformity mark or guarantee that a customer’s deployment is compliant.
Model providers, provider retention and processing locations are confirmed for the processing path proposed to each customer during security review.
Product design
Verified briefs, correctable sourced facts and approved outreach scope. Screening never rejects; offers and client submissions remain human decisions.
Automatic, durable logs of agent decisions and the inputs behind them.
Source quotes, citations and labelled uncertainty on every answer — fact, inference, conflict and unknown kept separate.
Stop rules, action envelopes and conflict detection by default.
Your role as deployer
Under the Act, your agency is the deployer of a high-risk AI system. Wortol gives you the controls the Act expects deployers to have: human oversight you can configure, logs you can inspect, and transparency you can show to candidates and clients.
